If your glasses need to be customized based on your prescription, you will need to provide your prescription data. If we find that your data requires supplementation or correction, we will contact you. Therefore, please try to provide complete and accurate data to avoid delays in the delivery of your glasses. We strive to process and ship your order within 3 days. (For special customizations, this time may be extended, and we will notify you in advance via email.)


We will make every effort to ensure that your glasses are delivered safely and on time. If delivery is not completed as scheduled, we will provide compensation to ensure you do not suffer unnecessary losses.


Notes


  • We do not offer courier services, email delivery, or shipping to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Orders exceeding 20 pairs of glasses may incur additional shipping fees.
